A continuation of Myrna Rivera?s session on Working with Committees. Typically, Committees do not own the assets they steward, so their motivations for involvement are different, and there are often hidden agendas. Their awareness of fiduciary issues can dramatically alter their perception of risk, and the interaction between Committee members will affect the nature and duration of the decision-making process. Working with institutions is both art and science, math and psychology. Are you well-rounded enough to engage this market?
