Speaker Biographies
Mark Bateman is Director of Research at IW Financial, a leading provider of value-added environmental, social, and governance (ESG) research. The company supports investors with its research and tools. Before IWF, Mark spent eleven years at the Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC) in Washington, DC in a range of positions, including Director of the Environmental Information Service and ultimately Vice President of Research and Operations. Mark also served on the original Steering Committee of the Global Reporting Initiative. Mark?s chapter, ?A scenarios approach to developing ecosystem management strategies? was included in the 2008 publication of Policies for Sustainable Governance of Global Ecosystem Services, edited by Janet Ranganathan (of the World Resources Institute), et al.

Danielle M. Burns, MBA, AIF is a Business Development Consultant serving as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective network advisers. Danielle assists affiliated advisers in understanding and maximizing the value of membership services offered by First Affirmative, and provides training and support for all FAFN managed account programs. Danielle worked as a key member of a premier community bank, Old Harbor Bank, in Clearwater, Florida where she provided marketing, sales and service support. Danielle gained the majority of her investment industry experience with Wachovia Corporation from 1994-2003. She worked for both Wachovia Bank and Wachovia Securities performing a variety of management duties. Her background emphasizes technology training and development for financial advisers and administrative associates, as well as licensing and compensation. In addition to her professional duties, Danielle worked with her mother to develop a non-profit youth services organization called Think Big Productions, Inc., located in Clearwater, Florida. The primary mission of Think Big is to develop and channel young artistic talent in the community. Danielle provided motivational support and ongoing training to help young adults hone their craft.

Scott Fenn is Managing Director of Policy at Proxy Governance, Inc., a provider of proxy research and voting services that is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Foliofn. Formerly, he was CEO of the Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC), a leading source of impartial corporate governance and social issues research that is now part of RiskMetrics Group, Inc. Fenn has spoken widely on energy, social policy, and corporate governance issues and is the author of three books on the electric power industry and emerging energy technologies. He received a BA degree in economics from Williams College.

Andy Frommeyer is the Director of Product Development and Management with Fiduciary360. In this role, he oversees Fiduciary Analytics, considered by many to be a leading, global resource for analytical, reporting, and consulting services. Andy is responsible for research, development, design, marketing and pricing, and operations and administration of Fiduciary Analytics? products and services. He helped to develop the Fiduciary Score? and the Fund Family Fiduciary Rankings? as well as other proprietary Fiduciary360 innovations that have become industry standards. Andy has been with Fiduciary360 since its inception, helping to build it from a start-up operation to one of the most well known training and technology providers in the industry. Prior to joining Fiduciary360, Andy worked in the actuarial division of a global consulting firm. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Pennsylvania State University and has completed the MBA Essentials program at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, Center for Executive Education at the University of Pittsburgh. In addition, he has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary? designation and holds the NASD Series 65 license
