During the course of the last twelve months, following the opening of our new office in Boulder, First Affirmative's operations have been reorganized into an Adviser Services Team, a Client Services Team and a Billing and Compensation Team. This session will address the question of "Who Does What" at First Affirmative and help you to understand how to best and most efficiently coordinate with our support teams.

Speaker Biographies
Ritu Henningsen is the Manager of First Affirmative Financial Network Advisor Services Department. Ritu manages a broad list of duties including new account setup paperwork, processing and following up on all transfers for Schwab and Foliofn accounts. She is also available to process distributions and wire requests from accounts, along with all other administrative requests. Additionally, Ritu works closely with Danielle Burns in Business Development to train new network advisors as they begin working with First Affirmative. Prior to working for First Affirmative, Ritu worked at several investment firms including Colorado Capital Management, Inc. and prior to that with the Agile Group, formerly known as Greenberg & Associates. Ritu was born in Bronx, New York but has been a resident of Boulder, Colorado for almost thirteen years. Ritu graduated from Rider University with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance

Julie McNamara is Vice President of Client Services at First Affirmative Financial Network. She has worked for First Affirmative for 15 ? years. Before working at First Affirmative, Julie worked for 12 years in Milwaukee, WI at area Brokerage firms, Kemper Clearing Corp, Brokerage Clearance Services, and Blunt Ellis & Loewi. Julie supervises Caryn Walker and Heather Tafoya and is in charge of performance reporting and reconciliation of accounts, among other tasks.

Kathleen J. Sutherland is Vice President, Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer for First Affirmative Financial Network, LLC. She has held Series 7 (Registered Representative) and 24 (Registered Principal) licenses. Kathy joined First Affirmative Financial Network in 1990 as an administrative assistant. Combining administrative skills and knowledge of the business, she quickly assumed a much larger role and broader responsibilities, first as Operations Manager and then Assistant Branch Manager of the Walnut Street Securities, Inc. branch office. These duties included the conversion of client accounts to the FAFN division of Walnut Street Advisers, Inc. following the sale of FAFN. As Assistant Branch Manager, Kathy assumed a majority of the compliance supervision responsibilities for the FAFN field force while FAFN operated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Walnut Street (1995?1999). Born June 24, 1963 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, her father is a retired United Methodist Minister and her mother is a psychologist. Kathy graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, specializing in Medieval Literature.
