Learn how to manage stress through the practice of mind, body and spirit wellness. Understand how a coaching relationship can benefit you and your clients.
Speaker Biographies
After graduating from the US Military Academy at West Point, Dale served in the Army for 20 years. Two fitness-related assignments and a graduate degree with an emphasis in Adult Wellness prepared him to retire in 1993 to enter the corporate wellness arena. He spent 8 years at Pinnacle Health Care in Harrisburg, PA where he delivered wellness programs to the public, local corporations and for the 5000 employees. In 2002 Dale moved to Charlotte, NC to serve as the Health and Wellness Director with the Harris YMCA, a position he held for 3 years. In 2005 he began wellness coaching on his own and also founded Faith and Health Connection. Dale enjoys speaking on topics regarding spirit, mind & body health.
He is a proud father of three young adults, has a love of the outdoors and enjoys running to stay in shape and manage his stress.
